The small-shop way.

We've kept the process boring on purpose — clear quotes, real proofs, photos from the floor, and a person who knows your name when you call back.

You call. A human picks up.

No portal, no ticket. Tell us what you need and when you need it. We'll know in five minutes if it's a fit.

Day 0
— 02

Quote with real numbers.

Garment options, decoration method, ink choices, freight. Itemized so you can shop it elsewhere if you want — most don't.

Day 1–2
— 03

Digitize & proof.

Embroidery digitized in-house; print colors mocked to PMS. You approve a digital proof and a sew-out or strike-off when needed.

Day 3–5
— 04

Production.

Sewn or pressed in our Hollywood, FL shop. We catch the typos before the box ships.

Day 5–14
— 05

Delivered or kitted to location.

Standard freight to your door. Or we'll kit by location/size and label by recipient before it ships.

Day 14–18

We quote realistic timelines and flag scheduling risk before you place the order — not after. If something slips, you hear about it from us first.
